About Trijog
Trijog delivers counselling and therapy across India through a hybrid of in-person and online sessions, working with individuals, schools and corporates. Psychologist Anureet Sethi and her daughter Arushi founded the Mumbai organisation in 2015, after Arushi gave up a job offer from Google following her experience of the Nepal earthquake that year. The multidisciplinary team has grown to dozens of clinicians, and the organisation had supported more than 15,000 people within its first five years.
