What this isn’t
- This is a sanity check, not a certified penetration test or a compliance audit (SOC 2, ISO, PCI-DSS). If you need a formal certification, we will point you to who to call.
- We review and advise — we do not take over your codebase or ship the fixes ourselves, unless you separately hire us or your own team to do that.

Do I need to give you full access to my codebase?
Read-only access is enough for most of it — a repo invite and, where relevant, a look at your infrastructure dashboard (hosting, database). Nothing is changed or deployed on your systems. If you would rather not share access directly, a screen-share walkthrough works too.
What tech stacks do you review?
Most early-stage web and mobile stacks — common JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, Python, and the usual managed database and hosting providers most startups actually use. Tell us your stack in the form and we will confirm fit before you pay for anything.
Is this a formal security audit or penetration test?
No. This is a structured sanity check aimed at catching the mistakes that are common in early-stage products — not a certified penetration test or a compliance audit. If your business genuinely needs SOC 2, ISO 27001 or a PCI-DSS audit, we will tell you plainly rather than pretend this covers it.
How long does it take?
Typically five to seven working days from when we get access and your brief, depending on the size of the codebase. We will confirm a specific date before we start.
Will you fix the issues you find?
The audit itself is review and advice — a prioritised list of what to fix and why. If you want us or our network to help implement the fixes, say so in the form and we will scope that separately.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Anything you share with us for this review is used only to complete the audit, and we can sign an NDA before we start if you would like one — just mention it in the form.
