About Return on Life
Return On Life (ROL), founded by Rochelle Rozario, was created in response to a growing reality for modern women: more responsibilities, less support, and very few systems to make everyday life easier. As more women become working professionals and more families move towards nuclear households, responsibilities once distributed across larger support systems are increasingly concentrated within smaller households. The result is time poverty and invisible mental load: constantly remembering, planning, coordinating and managing home, childcare, work and personal wellbeing. ROL was created to address this gap directly. Rather than another productivity framework focused on doing more, ROL focuses on building practical systems for the parts of life that repeatedly demand a woman's time and attention, without ever letting up. Its first offering, ROL: Home Edition, helps mothers build systems across three everyday pressure points: managing the daily load of running a home, creating more reliable childcare, and making space for personal wellness. The wellness pillar is particularly relevant as lifestyle related health concerns such as PCOS become increasingly common among women. ROL recognises that wellness cannot simply be postponed until life becomes less busy. It needs to become part of how everyday life is structured, not an afterthought squeezed in once everything else is done. The idea was shaped directly by Rochelle's own experience as a toddler mom and entrepreneur managing three businesses alongside home, childcare and wellness. These systems did not come from theory. They emerged from the real, practical challenge of making all these parts of life work together, without burning out in the process. At its core, ROL believes one thing: you don't need more discipline. You need systems.
