We read your site
We fetch your homepage, follow your sitemap and internal links to find the pages that matter, and grade each one the way a search engine would.
You get the fixes
Every finding in plain English: what it is, why it matters, and exactly how to improve it — in the order worth doing them.
The checklist
What we look at
Around twenty checks per page, weighted by how much each actually matters, plus the site-wide checks a single-page tool cannot do. Every finding is written for someone who has never done SEO before.
Titles and descriptions
The two lines Google actually shows in the results. Wrong length, missing, or copy-pasted across pages — all of it costs you clicks you already earned.
Content depth
How much real, visible text is on each page. Thin pages rarely rank for anything worth having, and we tell you exactly which of yours are thin.
Technical basics
HTTPS, mobile viewport, canonical tags, and whether a page is accidentally telling Google not to index it. That last one is a common oversight.
Structured data
The schema.org markup that earns rich results — star ratings, FAQs, article cards. Most small sites ship none at all, which makes it cheap to win.
Internal links
How your pages connect to each other, and which ones nothing links to. This is one of the cheapest ranking levers available, and an easy one to overlook.
Sharing and speed
Whether your links render properly on WhatsApp and LinkedIn instead of as bare URLs, plus page weight and how fast your server responds.
Everything here is measured, not estimated. We only report what we found by actually loading your pages — the title we read, the words we counted, the links we followed. Some things genuinely can’t be measured this way, like how many people visit your site or who links to it. Where that’s the case we say so, rather than putting a number on it.
Who it’s for
Written for founders
SEO tools tend to assume you already know the vocabulary. This one doesn’t — every finding explains itself as it goes, so you can act on it without looking anything up first.
Founders not yet showing up in search
You have a real product and real customers, but few of them arrive through search. Start here to see whether the gap is technical or editorial.
Anyone who just launched
New sites ship with launch settings left switched on more often than anything else. Ten seconds here can save you months of wondering.
People who were sold "SEO" once
You paid for a vague report and never found out what actually changed. This gives you the same technical baseline, for nothing, in plain English.
Anyone about to rebuild
Migrations are where rankings quietly disappear. Run this before and after so you can see what the rebuild broke.
What we usually find
The five problems that come up again and again
Across the sites we look at, the same handful of mistakes account for most of the lost traffic. None of them are exotic, and all of them are fixable in an afternoon.
The site is accidentally blocked from Google
The most costly to miss
What it costs you
The page cannot appear in search at all, no matter how good it is. It is worth resolving before anything else.
The fix
Usually a "discourage search engines" setting left on from when the site was being built. In WordPress it is Settings → Reading. In Wix, Squarespace and Shopify it is a per-page toggle in page settings.
Every page has the same title
Common on template sites
What it costs you
Your pages compete with each other for the same search, and Google picks one — usually not the one you wanted. You also waste the strongest signal you control.
The fix
Write a distinct title per page, 30–62 characters, leading with the phrase that page should be found for.
There is barely any text on the page
Common on design-led sites
What it costs you
Google has nothing to understand the page by. Beautiful sites with 80 words of copy routinely lose to plain ones that answer the question properly.
The fix
Answer what a customer asks before buying: what it costs, how long it takes, what happens if it goes wrong, who it is for.
No structured data anywhere
Most small sites
What it costs you
You are ineligible for the results that take up the most space — star ratings, FAQ drop-downs, product prices. Results with it take up more space and tend to attract more clicks.
The fix
Add schema.org markup for what the page is: Product, Article, LocalBusiness, FAQPage. An SEO plugin handles most of it.
Nothing links to your best pages
Very common
What it costs you
Ranking strength cannot reach a page nothing links to, and Google may not even find it. Valuable pages are often the least linked to.
The fix
Link to them from the pages people actually land on, using the words the page should rank for rather than "click here".
What this tool can’t tell you
Every free tool has limits. Here are ours, so you know what this does and doesn’t cover.
It cannot tell you what you rank for today. That needs Google Search Console, which only you can connect for your own site — it is free, and worth doing.
It cannot see who links to your site. Backlink data comes from web-scale crawlers we do not run, so rather than estimate it, we leave it out.
It cannot measure real Core Web Vitals, which come from actual visitors in Chrome. We report page weight and server response time, which are the parts we can measure honestly.
It cannot judge whether your writing genuinely answers the question, which is what ultimately decides whether you rank. That part still needs a person.
Plain English
Every SEO word you’ll meet in the report
You do not need to learn any of this to use the tool — it explains itself as it goes. Keep this as a reference for when someone else starts throwing the vocabulary at you.
- Title tag
- The clickable headline Google shows in the search results, and what appears in the browser tab. Not the same as the big heading on the page itself.
- Meta description
- The two lines of grey text under your link in the results. Invisible on the page — it exists purely to advertise the page in search.
- H1
- The main visible heading at the top of a page. There should be exactly one, and it should say what the page is about.
- Canonical tag
- A line of code declaring the official address of a page, so Google does not treat two versions of it as two competing pages.
- noindex
- An instruction telling search engines not to list a page at all. Correct for thank-you pages, catastrophic anywhere else.
- Structured data
- Invisible code labelling what is on a page — a price, a rating, an author, opening hours. It is what earns rich results.
- Alt text
- A written description attached to an image, read by screen readers and used by Google to understand the picture.
- Internal link
- A link from one page of your site to another. How Google finds your pages, and how ranking strength moves between them.
- Sitemap
- A file listing every page worth crawling. Without one, deep pages can go undiscovered for months.
- Open Graph
- Tags controlling the preview card when your link is shared on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Facebook.
- Crawl budget
- Roughly how much attention Google spends on your site. Broken links and redirect chains waste it.
- Core Web Vitals
- Google's measurements of how a page feels to use — how fast it appears, how quickly it responds, and how much it jumps around while loading.

Questions
Before you run it
+ – Is this really free?
Yes — free, no card, no trial that expires. We ask for your email so we know who ran the check and where to send the written report if you want one. There is also a light rate limit so one person cannot hammer the servers.
+ – What exactly does it check?
We start at your homepage, then follow your sitemap and your own links to find the pages that matter most, and grade each of them on about twenty things: your title and meta description, the H1 and heading structure, how much real content is there, image alt text, canonical tags, whether the page is even allowed in Google, mobile viewport, HTTPS, structured data, sharing previews, internal links, redirects, page weight and server speed. On top of that we run the checks that only exist across pages — duplicate titles, duplicate descriptions, missing sitemap, pages accidentally hidden from search.
+ – Why does my score matter?
On its own, it does not. Google has no "SEO score" — what matters is the list of problems underneath it. The number is an average across the pages we checked, and a quick way to see how much of the easy, fixable stuff is currently wrong. A site can score 95 and still not rank because nobody links to it, and another can score 60 and rank fine because its content is genuinely the best answer to the question.
+ – Does it check my whole site?
It samples it. We check your homepage plus the most important pages we can find, which is enough to spot the pattern — most sites make the same mistakes everywhere. Very large sites have more pages than we can check for free in one go. Ask for the written report and we will go through the whole thing by hand, including what you already rank for and who is ranking above you.
+ – How is this different from the other free SEO checkers?
Two things, mainly. We read several pages rather than a single URL, which is the only way to catch duplicate titles, a missing sitemap or a page accidentally hidden from search. And we stick to what we can measure by loading your site, so you will not find a traffic or authority estimate here — where a number would be a guess, we leave it out and explain why. Every finding is also written to explain itself, so you do not need to know the vocabulary first.
+ – I fixed everything and I still am not ranking. Why?
On-page SEO gets you eligible to rank; it does not make you rank. The two things this tool cannot fix for you are content that is not genuinely the best answer to the question, and a lack of links from other sites. If your pages are technically clean and still not appearing, that is usually why — and it is what our consulting work focuses on.
+ – Why do you need my email?
So we know who ran the check, and so we have somewhere to send the written report if you ask for one. Running a check does not email you anything — the results appear on the page, and there is a button underneath if you want them in writing. Your address does join our founder mailing list, which you can leave from any email in one click.
+ – How long does the full review take?
A person reads every request and writes the review, so usually two working days. It is genuinely free and there is no call to sit through — if you want to talk it through afterwards, that is your choice.
+ – Do you store my website address?
We store the URL, the result and your email so we can show you the report and send it on if you ask. You also join our founder mailing list, which you can leave from any email in one click. We do not sell or share the list.
+ – Will running this slow down or harm my site?
No. We request a handful of your pages the same way any visitor or search-engine crawler does, a few at a time, and we identify ourselves in the request. We do not submit forms, follow links into your admin area, or touch anything that changes.
+ – Can you just fix it for me?
That is what our SEO consulting is. You get a technical audit, a keyword and content roadmap, a read on your competitors, and a prioritised plan any developer can execute — from ₹9,999.
