Here is an excerpt of her interview with us.

Tell us about your business

Resercho is an academic networking platform where students, teachers and other professionals can upload their academic work such as their assignments, projects, research work and so on. Instead of all of this work going to waste after it has been marked people can upload it on our platform and can create international exposure for it, get hired by companies, join many study groups and study forums. We also provide free study materials and notes for everyone to download for free.

From where did you get the inspiration to start Resercho?

I got the inspiration when I was pursuing my postgraduate diploma. I was facing a lot of problems regarding my academic work and I felt that students all around me and including myself out in so much of hard work, time and energy into creating our assignments and unfortunately it doesn't get a chance to be published anywhere.

How did you get started?

After I completed my post-graduation, I started to learn how to code. I came from a political science background so I had no knowledge of coding or how to run an online business. So I spent one year learning how to code and digital marketing. After that, I launched my website and worked part-time in very menial jobs to keep funding my startup.

How supportive is your family?

My family is very supportive.

What do you think are the social environmental factors that have increased the prospects of women entrepreneurship? And, how would you like to educate other women to take up entrepreneurship roles?

The society has now started encouraging women entrepreneurs the reason behind my success as an entrepreneur was my very supportive family. My parents and my boyfriend helped me through the tough days and motivated me to do this. I would like to tell all women out there that there is nothing we can't achieve, if you have any ideas or want to start your venture please don't hesitate. Just do thorough research before executing your idea and do not give up easily, there will be many hurdles and obstacles in your way which you will have to overcome and if you surround yourself with positive and loving people you'll be easily able to overcome them.

If a young girl walked up to asking for your advice and you only had a few minutes to give them your best tip, what would it be?

I would tell them that the first thing you have to do is to think unconventionally. That is how you'll generate great ideas. And by thinking outside of the box you can market your product or service in so many ways that too for free.

We believe each woman has a story and we need to hear these stories to inspire, encourage and empower each other. What is your story?
